1. What the network is

The K‑12 Network is a free discovery platform for K‑12 educators. It highlights conferences, webinars, workshops, podcasts, blog posts, and news from across the education community, and offers promotion options for organizations. Discovery content is free for educators; paid plans apply only to organizations that choose to promote with us.

2. Third-party content

Featured items link directly to conferences, articles, podcasts, and events hosted on other websites. We do not own or operate those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, pricing, or availability. Inclusion in the network is not an endorsement, and a listing does not create a relationship between us and the organizer.

3. Organization accounts

• You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• Only claim an organization profile if you are authorized to represent that organization.
• We may edit, unpublish, or remove profiles and submissions that are inaccurate, misleading, spam, or not relevant to K‑12 education.

4. Partner promotions

Partner plans — One-Off Promotion, Featured Partner, and Network Partner — are described on the Partner With Us page. Partnerships are subject to a separate agreement. We may adjust published prices, and agreed prices are honored for the term you purchased. Featuring does not guarantee outcomes such as registrations or traffic.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the sites — no scraping for resale, no attempts to break in or disrupt the service.
• Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
• We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The K‑12 Network name, sites, and original content belong to K‑12 Network Inc. Content from third parties — event details, article excerpts, podcast metadata — remains the property of its owners and is referenced only for discovery purposes. If you believe we have used your material improperly, contact us and we will address it.

7. No warranties

The sites are provided "as is" and "as available". While we refresh network content daily and work hard to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K‑12 Network Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from third-party sites or events reached through the network. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the sites after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
