Privacy Policy

Effective 28 September 2026

K‑12 Network Inc. ("we", "us") operates k12network.com and six specialist platforms — K‑12 Conferences, K‑12 Webinars, K‑12 Workshops, K‑12 Podcasts, K‑12 Blogs, and K‑12 News. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep this simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe to updates from across the network.
  • Contact form: the name, email address, and message you send us.
  • Organization accounts: the email address, password, or Google identity used to sign in, and the organization details you provide when claiming or creating a profile.
  • Basic usage data: standard web-server records such as pages requested, timestamps, and coarse location derived from IP address.

How we use it

  • To send the newsletter you asked for, and nothing else by email.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • To operate organization accounts, partner profiles, and the Partner Portal.
  • To keep the sites secure and to fix problems.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Email choices

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time — just reply or use the contact form.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep organization accounts signed in and to remember site preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-party sites

The network links directly to conferences, articles, podcasts, and events hosted on other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for their practices.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service — hosting, authentication, email delivery, and our database. They process information only on our instructions and under their own security obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us or use the contact form and we will action it promptly.

Children's privacy

The network is written for educators and education organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter.
